1. Who sells
This store presents digital FiveM resources by Agency Scripts. The purchase contract, however, is not concluded with us but with Tebex Limited (Tebex Limited, 4 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1DZ, United Kingdom). Tebex is the seller and merchant of record, handles payment, issues the invoice and is responsible for refunds. The Tebex terms you accept at checkout therefore apply in addition.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation in this store is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. The contract is concluded when you pay at the Tebex checkout and Tebex confirms the order.
3. Prices
All prices are final prices. No VAT is shown according to § 19 UStG. Depending on your country, Tebex may add and show local taxes at checkout; the amount shown to you there is the one that applies.
4. Delivery
Delivery is digital. After successful payment the purchased resource is automatically assigned to your Cfx.re account and available in Keymaster. This requires that you linked your Cfx.re account at checkout. Files are not sent by email.
5. Licence
With your purchase you receive a simple, non-transferable right to run the resource on your own servers. Redistribution, resale, publication and removal of the copy protection are not permitted. Escrowed resources stay bound to the Cfx.re account they were assigned to.
6. Updates and support
Updates to a purchased resource are included at no extra cost for as long as the resource is offered. Support is provided through our Discord and through help.agencyg.de. There is no entitlement to a specific response time.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Management and cancellation run through Tebex. When a subscription ends, access to the resources provided through it ends as well.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability is otherwise excluded.
9. Law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
