Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Because the purchase contract is concluded with Tebex Limited, the right of withdrawal follows the Tebex terms. The following summarises what that means for you.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

Consumers generally have a 14 day right of withdrawal. For digital content this right expires early once performance has begun, you expressly agreed to this and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

That is exactly what happens here: the purchased resource is assigned to your Cfx.re account immediately after payment. With that unlock the service has been rendered and the right of withdrawal expires.

If something does not work

Your statutory warranty rights are unaffected. If a resource does not work as described, please contact us first through Discord or help.agencyg.de. In the vast majority of cases this is resolved quickly.

If we cannot solve it, you can request a refund from Tebex. Refunds are assessed and paid out exclusively by Tebex, as that is where the payment sits.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, through Tebex. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata.
