Description

Houses your players actually live in. Agency Housing is a database driven housing system you build in game instead of in a config file: place the entrance where you stand, mark the property border from the air and save. It finds QBCore, Qbox or ESX by itself and runs fully standalone without any of them.

🐛 Fixed

  • Database: Houses now load and save on fresh servers where the houses table did not exist.
  • Housing: Houses priced at 0 can now be bought, and houses with a refund of 0 can be sold.
  • Companion: Opening or closing Companion no longer causes the housing menu or card to jump.
  • Database: House sales now save on databases using ANSI_QUOTES mode.
  • Storage: The storage point is no longer offered when no inventory is available.

⚙️ Config

  • Config: Added a STANDALONE block and new wardrobe options.
  • Storage and wardrobe: Auto-detection is used by default, but Config.Stash.open and Config.Wardrobe.open still take priority when set.

📦 Update notes

  • Config: Do not copy your old config over the new one. Back up your values, install the new config.lua, and set them again.
  • Database: Automatic table creation supports MariaDB and MySQL 8. sql/install.sql remains available if the database user cannot create tables.
  • Data: Houses, keys, furniture, and Companion pairings survive the update. No import is required.
  • Update: The manifest changed. Run refresh before restarting the resource, or restart the server.
  • Files: config.lua, translations, and the framework layer remain open for editing.

  • Agency-Housing: Set Config.Companion.EmbedCard = false to disable the pairing card.

  • Agency-Housing: The script creates agency_housing_cmp_meta and agency_housing_cmp_devices; no SQL is required.
  • Agency-Housing: The server requires outbound HTTPS access to api.agencyg.de.
  • Agency-Housing: Restart the resource after updating.
