What it does

Build houses in game, not in a config file

An admin opens the creator, sets entrance, interior, name and price, and saves. No coordinate is ever written into a file by hand.

18 homes ready on first start

Fifteen of them use original GTA V interiors, so they work on any server without a single extra download. From a trailer to a nightclub.

Residents furnish it themselves

Up to 60 pieces per house, placed with move and rotate handles, grid snapping and colour variants. 199 props come with a photo taken in game, not just a name in a list.

The plot belongs to the house

Draw a boundary of up to 24 corners from the air, so garden, driveway and yard count as property. Other scripts can ask whose land someone is standing on.

MLOs entered through the real front door

No teleport box. Up to 8 doors per house hang on the game's own door system, and when the owner locks up, everyone on the server sees it.

Cameras and a doorbell that pay for themselves

A security upgrade adds a door camera plus up to 4 more the owner places, with live view and panning. Anyone who rings shows up in the resident's panel by name.

Nobody falls through the map

Log out inside a house and you log back in inside it. Lost the key in the meantime? Then you are placed outside the door instead of nowhere.

Connects to the rest of your server

Per house a garage point, a 50 slot stash and a wardrobe. The garage registers itself with your garage script, even after that script restarts.

Frameworks

QBCore, ESX and QBox, detected automatically. Runs standalone too, with ACE permissions.
